Undelsfrag Center is a creative workshop and supply business located at 1425 Queen Street West, Toronto, ON M6K 1L8, Canada. We provide:

• Creative workshops and classes
• Art and craft supplies
• Studio space rental
• Community events and exhibitions
• Educational content and resources

3. User Accounts and Registration

Account Creation

To register for workshops or access certain services, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your account information
• Keep your login credentials confidential
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

Age Requirements

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
• Participants aged 13-17 require parental/guardian consent
• Children under 13 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian

4. Workshop Registration and Participation

Registration

• Workshop registration is confirmed upon payment receipt
• Spaces are limited and filled on a first-come, first-served basis
• Full payment is required unless payment plan arrangements are made
• All workshop materials and tools are included unless specified otherwise

Attendance Requirements

• Punctual arrival is expected; late arrivals may miss important safety instructions
• Regular attendance is required for multi-session workshops
• Make-up sessions may be available at instructor discretion

Safety and Conduct

All participants must:

• Follow all safety instructions and guidelines
• Wear appropriate clothing and safety equipment as required
• Respect other participants, instructors, and facilities
• Report injuries or safety concerns immediately
• Not attend workshops under the influence of drugs or alcohol

5. Payment and Pricing

Pricing

• All prices are in Canadian dollars and include applicable taxes
• Prices are subject to change without notice
• Workshop fees are confirmed at time of registration

Payment Methods

• We accept major credit cards and debit cards
• Payment plans are available for multi-session workshops
• Cash payments are accepted in-person only

Late Payments

• Payment plan installments are due on scheduled dates
• Late fees may apply to overdue payments
• Access to workshops may be suspended for non-payment

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Customer Cancellations

• 14+ days before workshop: Full refund minus $25 processing fee
• 7-13 days before: 50% refund
• Less than 7 days: No refund, but may transfer to future workshop
• No-shows: No refund or transfer

Undelsfrag Center Cancellations

• We reserve the right to cancel workshops due to insufficient enrollment
• Cancellations due to instructor illness, weather, or emergency
• Full refunds provided for workshops cancelled by us
• We will attempt to reschedule cancelled workshops when possible

Special Circumstances

• Medical emergencies may qualify for full refund with documentation
• Refund requests must be submitted in writing
• Refunds processed within 10-15 business days

7. Intellectual Property

Our Content

All website content, workshop materials, and instructional content are owned by Undelsfrag Center and protected by copyright law. You may not:

• Reproduce or distribute our content without permission
• Use our materials for commercial purposes
• Modify or create derivative works
• Remove copyright notices or attribution

Your Creations

• You retain ownership of artwork created in our workshops
• We may photograph work for promotional purposes with your consent
• Workshop techniques taught become part of your knowledge

8. Photography and Media Release

By participating in workshops or events, you consent to:

• Photography and video recording for promotional purposes
• Use of your likeness in marketing materials
• Sharing of your artwork in our gallery or social media

Please inform us if you prefer not to be photographed or have your work featured.

9. Liability and Risk Assumption

Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge that creative workshops involve inherent risks, including but not limited to:

• Use of tools, equipment, and materials
• Physical activity and potential for minor injuries
• Allergic reactions to materials
• Property damage to personal belongings

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Undelsfrag Center shall not be liable for:

• Personal injury or property damage
• Lost or stolen personal items
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Damages exceeding the amount paid for services

Insurance

• Participants are responsible for their own health insurance
• We maintain general liability insurance for our operations
• Report all incidents immediately for proper documentation

10. Code of Conduct

We expect all participants to:

• Treat others with respect and courtesy
• Use appropriate language and behavior
• Respect cultural diversity and inclusivity
• Follow facility rules and instructor guidance
• Help maintain a positive learning environment

Prohibited Behavior

• Harassment, discrimination, or bullying
• Disruptive or inappropriate behavior
• Damage to property or equipment
• Violation of safety protocols

Violations may result in removal from workshops without refund and prohibition from future participation.
